Syrah
Our idea of an easy-drinking Syrah. Isola dei Profumi Syrah is a fresh wine for everyday drinking that highlights the warmth of our area, tempered by the winds typical of our zones.
Winemaking process
Hand-harvested grapes are destemmed and macerated in temperature-controlled fermenters at 22–24°C. Malolactic fermentation and aging take place in stainless steel tanks. Vineyard notes: yield 100 q.li/ha; training system: trellis (spalliera); pruning: Guyot; harvest: September 5–12.
Tasting notes
Red color with purple reflections; aromas of wild berries and Mediterranean spices.
Food pairings
It pairs perfectly with red meat dishes and pasta.
