Ready-to-drink Grillo. Fresh and suited to accompanying appetizers, highlighting the warmth of the region tempered by winds.
Winemaking process
Hand-harvested Grillo grapes (harvested Sept 1–8). Musts fermented at controlled temperatures, then the wine is aged in stainless-steel tanks. Vineyard details: yield 90 q.li/ha; trellis training system; Guyot pruning.
Tasting notes
Lively straw-yellow color. Typical aromas of fresh Mediterranean fruit. Young, fresh, and well-balanced.
