Montepulciano Rispetto is the Terresacre brandname and flgship wine.
We select the best quality Montepulciano grapes grown in our own vineyard and harvested by hand. Ripen wine matures fermented in selected French-oak barriques for 18 months slected to exalt the chractereistics of wine. The juice was tasted and analysis periodically to acertain the fermentation process.
Molise Rosso is from Tenuta Terresacre vineyard by only very rare and precious quantity. Intense ruby red with violet reflections express the full of Tannins of wine.
Great harmony with a perfect blend of ripe fruit aromas evoking undergrowth, plum, hints of toasted wood and vanilla. Rich taste, roundness wine with a great structure.
Elegant aroma, with ripe fruit, fruit jam and citric express a very amazing sensation.
Wonderful pairing with red meats, first course, game meat, medium ripe cheese.
