Vineyard & Winemaking

  • Grown organically in Montepulciano, the blend is around 85% Prugnolo Gentile (Sangiovese) with 15% Colorino and Canaiolo, harvested by hand from vineyards trained in cordon speronato and Guyot .

  • Fermented spontaneously with native yeasts, employing short maceration at controlled temperatures. Aged for 3 months in Slavonian oak barrels, followed by bottle aging .

Tasting Profile

  • Color: Bright ruby-red.

  • Aroma: Fresh and clean, lively red-berry aromas (cherry, raspberry, cranberry), with floral accents like rose petals and a hint of sage .

  • Palate: Medium-bodied yet full and harmonious. Soft, velvety tannins envelope the palate with purity and freshness. French oak aging adds touches of vanilla, fine tobacco, cinnamon, and plum .

  • Finish: Silky, persistent, and easy to enjoy.

  • Serve at 15–18 °C.
