Uno+Uno
A medium- to full-bodied southern Italian red blend made from Primitivo and Nero di Troia, combining ripe fruit richness with structure and freshness. The wine reflects the warm Mediterranean climate of Puglia, offering a smooth, fruit-forward style balanced by lively acidity and regional character.
Winemaking process
Uno+Uno is produced from Primitivo and Nero di Troia grapes grown in vineyards near Cerignola in northern Puglia. The varieties are harvested at different times to ensure optimal ripeness, then destemmed and gently pressed before fermentation. The wine is aged primarily in stainless steel for about 6–8 months and further refined in bottle prior to release, a process that preserves fresh fruit character and natural varietal expression without heavy oak influence.
Tasting notes
The wine shows fresh dark berry aromas with notes of plum and blackberry, supported by hints of spice, tobacco, and mocha. On the palate it is smooth and structured with moderate acidity, soft tannins, and a balanced, fruit-driven finish
Food pairings
This wine pairs well with pizza, sausage, and tomato-based pasta dishes, as well as grilled meats and hearty Mediterranean cuisine. Its fruit-forward character and balanced structure make it versatile for everyday dishes or casual dining.
