Azienda Collemattoni Rosso di Montalcino 2023 is a classic Tuscan red made from 100% Sangiovese in Montalcino, Tuscany. Often called the “younger sibling” of Brunello, it offers bright fruit, freshness, and earlier drinkability while maintaining traditional structure.
Winemaking process
Hand-harvested Sangiovese grapes are fermented in temperature-controlled tanks with skin contact to extract color and structure. The wine undergoes malolactic fermentation, then ages briefly in stainless steel or large oak to preserve fresh fruit character before early bottling and release.
