Nero d’Avola
Petraio Nero d’Avola 2020 is a fruit-forward Sicilian red made from Italy’s flagship southern grape. It’s known for ripe dark fruit, soft structure, and an easy-drinking Mediterranean style.
Winemaking process
Hand-harvested grapes from mature vines (~15–18 years old). About 10 days maceration followed by temperature-controlled fermentation in stainless steel. Typically no oak aging → emphasizes fruit purity.
