Winemaking process

Terzetto Gavi 2023 is produced from 100% Cortese grapes grown in hillside vineyards within the Gavi DOCG zone of Piedmont. The grapes are harvested at optimal ripeness to preserve natural acidity and aromatic freshness, then gently pressed before undergoing temperature-controlled fermentation in stainless steel tanks. This method preserves the wine’s bright fruit character, crisp acidity, and mineral expression. The wine is typically aged briefly in stainless steel prior to bottling to maintain freshness, varietal purity, and the clean, elegant style characteristic of Gavi wines.
