Winemaking process
Cooling of the harvest. Pre-fermentation period of 3 days. Delestages (rack and return) and thermo-regulated fermentation.
Tasting notes
Bright garnet colour. Full taste with a good fruity and spicy structure. A “thirst-quenching” wine with supple tannins.

Barbecue, T-bone steak, lamb chops, “cévenole” chitterlings sausage, matured cheese
