Champagne Doré
1er Cru Brut Cuvée Origin
A non-vintage Champagne built for patience. Blended from three consecutive harvests and drawn only from the best vineyard parcels (“cuvée heads”), it’s designed to open slowly—revealing depth and detail over time, with the feeling of a journey still unfolding.
Winemaking process
A blend of three consecutive harvests. Aged in the cellar for 4 years on lees for breadth and texture. Disgorged after a minimum of 6 months; dosage 7 g/L.
Tasting notes
Yellow-gold with steady, fine lines of bubbles. The nose is precise and mineral, softened by peach and melon. On the palate, it shows real substance and a generous mineral texture, finishing with an exotic citrus lift—grapefruit alongside peach and mango.
Food pairings
Aperitif; grilled fish.
